About these products

BloomFrame Studio sells downloadable floral design assets and photos only — an allowed Creem category (design assets / photos). Nothing is shipped in the mail. We do not sell physical goods, generative AI tools, or prohibited categories.

• What you get: A ZIP per product (wallpapers, wedding frames, or seasonal set) with ready-made JPG/PNG files + LICENSE.txt. Free sample previews are on each product page; the full pack is delivered after Creem payment.
• Not generative AI: You buy finished files. There is no text-to-image or video generation product on this site.
• Delivery: Instant download via the link Creem / email provides after a successful payment. Creem is the Merchant of Record and payment processor.
• License: Each product page states personal use or commercial use. You may not resell the raw files as a competing stock pack.
• Support: Email gzwyxc@aol.com for download & license help only (header/footer). Payment, refunds & chargebacks → Creem (MoR) only. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

This public storefront is built so customers (and payment partners) can see how we operate:

• What we sell: Live, downloadable floral design assets and photos at clear prices — $12, $19, $29, $49, $79, $129, and $199 USD before checkout.
• Legal pages: Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are free to read (no login).
• Honest marketing: We do not post fake reviews, fake testimonials, or inflated customer counts.
• Payments & disputes: Creem is our Merchant of Record / payment processor. Creem may appear on your card statement and handles all checkout, refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes. Contact Creem (checkout receipt / creem.io support) for those issues — not BloomFrame email.
• Who operates the store: HePing Peng (individual), trading as BloomFrame Studio — not a company named EVOXEN LLC.
• Support: Email gzwyxc@aol.com for download & license help only. We respond within 3 business days. Payment, refund, and chargeback issues go entirely to Creem (MoR). Do not email BloomFrame for refunds or chargebacks.
• Consumer rights (US + EU/UK): Digital delivery after download begins is generally final. Creem checkout requires the same consent as on this site (instant ZIP, Terms §7–8, loss of withdrawal, Creem MoR for payment/refund/chargeback). Details in Terms & Privacy. Email support is for download/license only.

• Payment & disputes: Processed by Creem (Merchant of Record / payment processor). Prices above are in USD before checkout. All refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes are handled by Creem — use Creem checkout/support. BloomFrame does not process refunds or contest chargebacks for you.
• Support: gzwyxc@aol.com is for download/license help only; we reply within 3 business days. Payment, refund, and chargeback requests must go to Creem (Merchant of Record).
• Refunds (general / US): After digital download begins, sales are generally final. Defective/corrupt files: email us for a replacement download only. All payment refunds and chargebacks are handled exclusively by Creem as Merchant of Record — see Terms §7–8. Contact Creem before filing a chargeback; do not email BloomFrame for refunds.
• EU / UK consumers: At Creem checkout you confirm instant ZIP delivery, have read Terms §7–8 and the product license, request immediate delivery, and acknowledge loss of any applicable 14-day withdrawal right once download begins. Payment, refunds & chargebacks → Creem (MoR) only. Full wording in Terms §8.
• Privacy (GDPR): Controller identity, purposes, legal bases, retention, and your rights (access, erasure, portability, objection) are in the Privacy Policy. We do not currently use advertising trackers.
